1.2 Booking & Appointments

• Appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete personal information when booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if information provided is inaccurate.

1.3 Client Responsibilities

• Attend appointments on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

• Follow practitioner advice regarding exercises/home programmes.

• Inform us of any health changes prior to treatment.

1.4 Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept card and online payments.

1.5 Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee (see Refund Policy).

1.6 Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the value of services provided.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
