3. Refund Policy

Park View Physiotherapy aims to provide excellent service. This policy outlines how refunds are handled.

3.1 Refund Eligibility

• Payments are typically non-refundable once a session has been confirmed and the appointment time has passed.

• Refunds may be considered if you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and the spot can be re-allocated.

3.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email aputhan-veettil@parkviewlearning.net with:

• Your name

• Date/time of appointment

• Reason for refund request

We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and notify you of the decision.

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
